Disconnect YouTube in RenderDock
Open RenderDock, go to the Integrations view, find the connected YouTube account, and use the disconnect action. This disables the account inside the local app.
Revoke Google Account Access
Users can revoke RenderDock's Google OAuth access from their Google Account:
- Open Google Account connections.
- Find RenderDock or the relevant Google Cloud OAuth app name.
- Select it and remove access.
After access is revoked, RenderDock can no longer refresh OAuth tokens or perform YouTube API actions unless the user connects the account again.
Delete Local RenderDock Data
RenderDock stores its local data in the configured workspace. By default this is the
renderdock-data folder in the project directory. If RENDERDOCK_HOME
is set, data is stored in that configured directory.
To remove local app data, quit RenderDock and delete the local workspace folder that contains the database, OAuth tokens, cached metadata, logs, source files, rendered clips, and publish records. This does not delete videos already uploaded to YouTube.
Delete Uploaded YouTube Videos
Videos uploaded to YouTube are controlled from the user's YouTube account. Users can delete or update uploaded videos in YouTube Studio or by reconnecting RenderDock and using supported metadata actions.
Support Data Deletion
If a user has included personal data in a support request and wants it deleted or anonymized, they can request deletion by emailing support@pxoxq.xyz. The project will make reasonable efforts to delete or anonymize support data within 30 days, unless retention is required for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
