RenderDock

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2, 2026

Use of RenderDock

RenderDock is a local software tool for reviewing videos, creating short clips, and publishing user-selected clips to connected YouTube channels. By using RenderDock, users are responsible for the files they import, edit, render, and upload.

YouTube API Services

RenderDock uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube features in RenderDock, users also agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, and the applicable YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

Uploads

Users must only upload content they have the rights and permissions to publish. By uploading a video through RenderDock, users certify that the content complies with the YouTube Terms of Service and does not violate another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

User-Controlled Actions

RenderDock performs YouTube actions only after a user connects a YouTube account and chooses the relevant publishing action. This includes reading channel metadata, reading video metadata, uploading selected clips, and updating selected video metadata or privacy settings.

Local Data and Credentials

Users are responsible for protecting their local RenderDock workspace, OAuth client configuration, OAuth tokens, source videos, rendered clips, and publishing records. Users should not share local database files, OAuth client secrets, refresh tokens, or access tokens publicly.
